General Questions
We provide standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, post-construction cleaning, window cleaning, and office/commercial cleaning. All services can be tailored to your needs.
Most cleanings take 2–4 hours depending on the size of the home and type of service. Deep or first-time cleanings may take longer.
Our standard cleaning includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, wiping surfaces, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, and removing trash. We’ll confirm the details during a walkthrough.
You don’t have to be. Many clients provide access with a key or code. Just let us know your preference when scheduling.
Absolutely! We can work in pet-friendly homes. For safety, we recommend keeping pets in a secure area during the cleaning.
Yes, we bring all the necessary products and equipment. Eco-friendly options are available. If you'd prefer we use your supplies, just let us know.
