Please review Cleaning Pro 360’s terms and conditions outlining our service policies, customer responsibilities, and website use. This page explains how we schedule appointments, handle payments, ensure safety, and protect your privacy.

Service Scope

Our cleaning services include recurring house cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, office and commercial cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and more. We are committed to delivering reliable, high-quality results with attention to detail.

Appointment Scheduling

Appointments are based on availability. We do our best to accommodate your preferred time. Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours' notice. Please call or text to make any changes.

Pricing

All pricing will be discussed and agreed upon before services begin. Additional charges may apply for special requests, extra labor, or use of specialized products not included in the original estimate.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash, checks, bank transfers, and other agreed-upon methods.

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you're not completely satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours. We’ll return and re-clean the specific area at no additional cost.

Liability

We are responsible for services provided by our team. We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, neglected maintenance, or work performed by third parties.

Safety Policies

  • We do not climb higher than a 3-step ladder
  • We do not move heavy furniture or large objects
  • We do not clean hazardous substances (such as blood, extensive mold, or similar materials)

Note: Light surface mold caused by normal humidity in showers or bathrooms is included as part of our regular or deep cleaning services.

A safe environment must be maintained at all times. We reserve the right to decline service if safety is compromised.

Privacy

We value your privacy. Your personal information will only be used to provide service, send estimates, and communicate with you. We never share your information with third parties.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns, we encourage open and respectful communication. Our goal is to resolve any issue quickly and fairly.
