Service Scope

Our cleaning services include recurring house cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, office and commercial cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and more. We are committed to delivering reliable, high-quality results with attention to detail.

Appointment Scheduling

Appointments are based on availability. We do our best to accommodate your preferred time. Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Pricing

All pricing will be discussed and agreed upon before services begin. Additional charges may apply for special requests, extra labor, or use of specialized products not included in the original estimate.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash, checks, bank transfers, and other agreed-upon methods.

We are responsible for services provided by our team. We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, neglected maintenance, or work performed by third parties.

We do not climb higher than a 3-step ladder
We do not move heavy furniture or large objects
We do not clean hazardous materials (e.g., human/animal waste, blood, mold, etc.)

A safe environment must be maintained at all times. We reserve the right to decline service if safety is compromised.
